‘Op een oude fiets moet je het leren’ was een project van Marjan Sax en Sjuul Deckwitz voor de Schorer Stichting. Het project ging over Lesbische ‘Lente-Zomer Verhoudingen’. Het was een uitdaging. Ik maakte er de strip ‘In de Brugklas’ voor.
Lesbian hotshots Marjan Sax and Sjuul Deckwitz did a project on ‘Spring-Summer’ relationships among Lesbians. It was called ‘ Op een oude fiets moet je het leren’ a Dutch expression that means: you have to learn it from someone older. When asked to make a comic for the project it was a challenge I couldn’t refuse. ‘In the Brugklas’ (In Junior High) was the result.
